Hand-sewn stitch by stitch, our Cordovan leather straps are made by a master watchmaker artisan. They select the best Cordovan shells that come from the most exclusive manufacturers in the world such as Horween, a family factory from Chicago (USA) born in 1905. This design also comes with padded foam for better comfort. Distinguished by its limited supply, Shell Cordovan is regarded as the finest material with highly desirable qualities. Shells are tanned, stuffed, shaved, and polished over a six-month process by skilled artisans. Its unparalleled strength and resilience ensure it endures even the most challenging days and can span generations. With a unique resistance to creasing and the ability to regain a brilliant luster when polished, products crafted from Shell Cordovan improve with age as they develop a rich patina.
Material
Shell Cordovan originates from a fibrous flat muscle beneath the rump. The yield consists of two small, irregularly shaped oval shells that undergo an extensive six-month tanning process involving approximately 100 intricate steps, transforming them from raw materials into finished products. The process starts with vegetable tanning, where the hides are often left to soak for months. Subsequently, a unique blend of greases and oils is meticulously applied, followed by meticulous hand treatment and hot stuffing with waxes and other conditioning agents. Pure aniline dyes are painstakingly hand-rubbed onto the shells, culminating in a hand-glazed finish that imparts a polished and smooth surface.

All products will go through a natural color change because of the vegetable tanning process, and due to this natural dye, each specialty good will evolve creating, a unique patina that will give it a very personal touch.

Repairs
If one of your Café product(s) needs to be repaired, please start by writing us to let us know at [email protected]. In your email please include your name, order number, and the reason for repair. Final and most important step: attach at least one image of the affected area so that we can determine the best course of treatment. Upon receiving your repair request, we’ll let you know what we can do about it.
Replacements
If your Café product can not be repaired and it is used for its intended purpose, we will gladly replace the item if still in stock. Otherwise, we can offer store credit or a return for the item during the life of the product.
*Café reserves the right to decide if the product has been used properly or not.

Reparaciones

Finalmente, y lo más importante, necesitamos que incluyas al menos una foto del area afectada para determinar lo sucedido y su posible reparación. Una vez recibida tu petición, te contestaremos lo antes posible con la posible solución.
Reemplazos
Si alguno de tus producto(s) de Café no pudiera ser reparado, estaremos encantados de reemplazarlo por el uno igual siempre que esté en stock. Si no fuera así, ofreceríamos un vale por el valor del artículo o la devolución del importe siempre y cuando esté dentro de la vida útil del producto y se haya tratado de manera adecuada.

The Free Christmas Express Shipping orders made before 15:00 GMT +1, will be fulfilled the same day. On orders made after 15:00 GMT+1 on the deadline day of your region, delivery cannot be guaranteed before Dec 24th.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, and customs fees. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on several factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option(1)). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. See chart
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please email our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving it. We will be happy to help you in the process.

Número de Seguimiento
Tardaremos en preparar tu pedido y facilitarte un número de seguimiento, como mucho, dos días laborables (excepto en el caso de que elijas la opción de Envío Express(1)). Devoluciones
