WHAT IS CAFÉ_LAB?
Café_Lab is our crowdfunding platform for new products.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We design new products and release them at Café_Lab for crowdfunding. Customers then have 4 weeks to pre-order the products and help us to fund them. Products that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered.
WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
By participating in the Café_Lab, you get to help bring Café Leather designs to life. You also get the benefit of pre-sale discounts that average more than 20%. Limited editions can be also sold out at the Café_Lab platform, so participating can guarantee that you get your hands on this limited-edition product.
HOW LONG IS THE FUNDING PERIOD?
A Café_Lab funding campaign lasts 4 weeks.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS?
With every Café_Lab product, we include an estimated shipping date. Generally, this is 6-8 weeks. However, difficulties in manufacturing can arise and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to update you if our original estimate is incorrect.
WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED?
We’ll charge your card upon checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT DOESN’T REACH ITS GOAL?
We hope that almost always the products reach their funding goal. In the rare event a Café_Lab product does not, we’ll be in touch to let you know if we decide to make the products anyhow or to provide you with a full refund.
AN I JUST WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO LAND AT A NORMAL PRICE?
Of course. You just won’t be able to lock in pre-sale pricing and there is a chance it may sell out.
