All orders for in-stock items above the “Free Shipping” minimum order will have the free shipping option.
See the “Free Shipping minimum order” chart. We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, customs clearance costs, or any other charge applicable to international shipping. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
*Free Christmas Express Shipping: This only applies to orders above the minimum required for each country. (See the chart below to confirm the minimum order in your country).
For you to receive your order on time before Dec 24th, make sure to place it: in Europe on Dec 20th, US & Canada on Dec 19th. World1 & World2 Dec 18th.
The Free Christmas Express Shipping orders made before 15:00 GMT +1, will be fulfilled the same day. On orders made after 15:00 GMT+1 on the deadline day of your region, delivery cannot be guaranteed before Dec 24th, and for Spain before January 6th.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as principal partners DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express. Outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, customs clearance costs, or any other charge applicable to international shipping. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on many factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the postman.

(1). The Express Shipping Orders made before 13:00h GMT+1 will be fulfilled the same day. Orders made later will be fulfilled the next working day. Please note that during the Summer season, Express Orders placed after 12:00 GMT+1 will be shipped the following day. To ensure your order is sent the same day, kindly make sure to place your order before 12:00 GMT+1.
(2). Keep in mind that although we will do everything possible to deliver your order on time, delivery times are estimated and in high-demand seasons there may be delays by logistics operators. Please take into consideration that deliveries are made on working days.
(3). Return shipping is free in the following countries: Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla), Portugal, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
(4). You don’t need to pay customs fees when shopping in the EU but outside the EU, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, customs clearance costs, or any other charge applicable to international shipping. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price.
(5). If you decide to refuse the customs fee or your package, once it has been dispatched, we must confirm with the courier that your parcel will be returned to Café Leather before processing a refund for your order, and in some instances, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you’re still unsure of whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Tracking Number
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option (1) ). Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method. (2) See the chart below.
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate.
Returns
To start the process, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of having received it. We will be happy to help you in the process.
We want you to be confident and comfortable with any Café Leather item, so please, make sure it fits perfectly. Just keep in mind that anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its packaging)
Return shipping is free within some countries (3). Shipping costs will never be refunded, under any circumstance.
Sale items: On discounted items, the customer must cover all costs associated with returns/exchanges*. If Café Leather needs to face any costs to receive the product, the amount will be charged from the refund total.

How long will take for my order to arrive? / Will I be provided with a tracking number?
Please allow 1-2 business days to complete and issue a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option). Once you receive your tracking number, you should receive your package within the period described in the selected shipping method. Chart below
Please note that while we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. In the extreme case that it is taking too long for your order to arrive due to reasons unrelated to Café Leather and you want to cancel your order, you may be asked to face some of the additional costs incurred. Shipping Costs will never be refunded, under any circumstance.
How do I make an exchange?
Please reach out to [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you in the process. Exchanges are free of charge in the following countries: Spain(Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla), Portugal, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France & Italy. This means that we will cover the shipping to send back the new item. For the rest of the countries, we will ask you for the cost of the Standard shipping in your country. Keep in mind that in countries outside the EU, all possible costs of customs must be covered by the customer. To avoid any additional customs fees, we recommend sending the package for return before the first 25 days since the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please make sure that the product you want to exchange is brand new and in its original packaging intact. In case it’s not, we won’t be able to make an exchange and we will ask that you cover the return shipping costs. Remember that you have 30 days since having received your order to send it back for a successful exchange and that there can be just one exchange or return per order.
Sale items: On discounted items, the customer must cover all costs associated with exchanges*. For the shipping of the new item, we will kindly ask you for the cost of the Standard shipping in your country. Keep in mind that in countries outside the EU, all possible costs of customs must be covered by the customer. *Applies to all countries
How long will take for my order to be prepared and shipped?
Please allow two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number (unless you select the “Express Shipping” option). If you select “Express Shipping” in your order and it is made before 1 p.m. GMT+1, your order will be prepared and shipped the same day, and the orders made later will be prepared and shipped the following day. The orders with any personalized item on them will take 3-5 more working days to be prepared, unless the “Express Shipping” orders, will take just 1 more working day. Shipping Costs will never be refunded, under any circumstance. For pre-orders and Backorders, delivery times will take approximately from 1-2 months. This time can vary depending on manufacturing processes.
How do I make a gift return?
Very simple! Just reach out to [email protected] and tell us the details of the person who gave it to you and we will help you. When you make your return, you can either opt for a refund or an exchange. In the case of a return, you’ll receive a store credit equivalent to the amount of your return less the shipping price. This credit will expire 1 year after you receive it from us. Please make sure that the product you want to return is brand new and in its original packaging intact. In case it´s not, we won´t be able to make a refund and we will ask that you cover the return shipping costs. Remember that you have 30 days from the Order Date to send it back for a full refund, and since the reception date is in our warehouse, the refund will be instantaneous from the moment we verify that the product is in perfect condition.
Back Orders and Pre-Orders (Café Lab)
The order will be prepared and shipped the moment the last of the affected products is ready in our warehouse. That is why we ask you to face only one shipping charge. In case you have more than one of these types of products in your order and you want to receive each one as soon as possible, we will ask you to pay a shipping fee per product. The shipping costs that apply to these products will always be the same as the standard shipping in your country. See the chart below.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of having received it. The 30-day period for Café Lab items begins on the day the product arrives. Once initiating a return you have 10 days to ship it or you’ll lose your instant credit/refund. To be clear, you have 30 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 10 days after it’s initiated to get it out the door. Shipping charges and sales items cannot be refunded. Items purchased on cafeleather.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical store or reseller, and vice versa. Please remember that personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned. For pre-orders and Backorders, delivery times will take approximately from 1-2 months. This time can vary depending on manufacturing processes.

Please note
Items purchased during sitewide sales (such as Give Back Friday) are eligible for a return or exchange, but the order amount taken for an exchange or refund will be the discounted one. Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed with be eligible for return or exchange. If an exchange has been granted or Instant Refund credit granted and used, you will be charged if your return item does not meet the aforementioned standards. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does the exchange/return process take?
If everything runs like clockwork, the entire process takes right around two weeks. If you are returning an item, your order will be refunded as soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse and we confirm that the product has not been used or damaged. You will be able to choose among two refund types: your original payment method (up to 10 days delay) or an Instant CL Coupon Code as a credit for the entire amount of your order. If you want to exchange an item, we will ship your replacement order as soon as we receive the product in our warehouse and confirm that the product has not been used or damaged. Please note: only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed with be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping Costs will never be refunded or sale items.
