RETURNS - REFUNDS

The articles supplied by www.the-leather-apron.com are new and guaranteed against any defect.

→ *Personalized/engraved products can’t be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

→ Each customer wishing to return their order has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to contact us.

To do so, the customer is required to submit a request via the contact form, providing the order number.

→ Should an item have a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Detailed return policy:

If you change your mind and wish to obtain a refund of your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to send your return request to our Customer Support, through the contact form. If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

In the event that an item is defective, you have 48 hours after receipt of the order to contact our Customer Support. In such a situation, you must send proof of the defect(s) by email (description and photos attached) to our Customer Support first through the "Contact Us" form.

If you have benefited from an item gifted for your order, whatever the reason, such as package lost and undelivered, abnormal delay in delivery, special offer or gift, and you wish to make a return of part of the said order or the whole, then you must also return the item that was gifted.

If you wish to return part of your order or your entire order, you will have to pay for the shipping costs to return the product(s). It is therefore your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return the item to Canada, where The Leather Apron is located, to the return address that will be communicated to you by our Customer Support team. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

If the return is made (sent) from outside of Canada (United States and Mexico), your are responsible for ensuring that any taxes and customs duties are covered when paying for the return. Only returns that arrive directly at their destination are processed, without any customs formalities or payment from The Leather Apron. Any customs fees submitted to The Leather Apron will be deducted from the refund or will result in the refusal of the package.

Refund of the order is due within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
